Olivia and Kevin’s wedding was a celebration shaped by grace, humor, and the unmistakable sense that fate had a hand in every moment. When they learned 90 days before the wedding —through a TikTok video, no less—that their original venue was being sold and dismantled in an estate sale, they pivoted with calm determination. Their search led them to the Garibaldina Society, and the instant they stepped inside, they felt something click. That sudden change led them to us at Sorellina to help them make this pivot! On the night of the wedding, it was clear to everyone: this was kismet as every guest commented this place was so “them”.
.
And then there was Olivia—radiant in her effortlessly elegant, Caroline Bessette Kennedy–inspired style. Her signature attention to detail shimmered in every corner: from the way the flowers were arranged in handpicked vases by her aunts to the hand written notes for each individual guest, she literally had her hand in everything. It felt like stepping into a world she dreamed into being, and Kevin matched it with his own brand of warmth and wit.
The middle of the evening was pure, joyful chaos—in the best way. Kevin writes speeches for a living, which means he has written his fair share of wedding toasts for these people in the room but this time his loved ones had to speak for him, and they thrived.
There were choreographed dances with parents that called in a bygone era, bingo games with O & K themed squares, and a mariachi send-off that turned the entire room into a parade.
The most breathtaking moment came when Kevin’s father quoted Les Misérables: “To love another person is to see the face of God.” Not a dry eye in the house, because everyone can see how true it is for these two. Their wedding wasn’t just a celebration; it was a testament to their ability to meet life’s surprises hand-in-hand, turning unexpected detours into perfect memories.
