Planning Tiers

Final Touch : $2500 Our “Day- Of” Coordination package- includes the day of but starts 6 weeks before the big day. We find this is the only way to serve you right! We will make sure that the room is set up as you expect on the day. We provide recommendations to you throughout the process and any plans you make. We will have a meeting about 6 weeks before so that get up to speed with what you have planned and I can be the managerial lead to make sure on the day everything goes according to your timeline. With this service, you will have 2 Sorellina Day of Planners all day for the day of your wedding.

From Yes to I Do! : $5500 Full Service Planning (one location). This is the whole enchilada! With full service planning we will manage your budget, set up all your meetings, provide you with all the options and negotiate to meet your budget with vendors, etc. We keep you on a planning timeline as we lead up to your date. We will have a full team to help set up on the day and make sure that the space is consistently cleaned and organized throughout the night. We work together with all vendors chosen throughout the day to make sure the flow of the day goes as we have planned it together. Think of us as your personal wedding concierge!

Each additional location : $850 - If the Ceremony and Reception are not in the same location- each additional add on planning location where assistance is needed will be $850 each added on.

Extra Events $1500 per day- If you would like us to help you with the rehearsal dinner the night before or the Day After activities etc - planning for the wedding weekend activities can be added to your wedding package for $1500 a day.

Planning Assistant Labor $650 per person- If what you have planned requires more of our man power, you can add on extra hands for your Wedding Day Team.
