brings more than twenty years managing restaurants, from prestigious NYC names like Pastis, Spice Market, and Balthazar to multi-unit dining at Newark's EWR airport and, later, Gjelina in LA. She culminated her career with more than six years as chef/founder/operator of Jewel Restaurant, building and running every facet of the restaurant's daily life end to end. Across every stop, she's brought real ownership to each program and kept operations steady no matter the scale. Hospitality is the heart of any event, and that instinct is what she brings to every floor she runs.
